63 Series AirCharger® High-Density Polyethylene Black Cold Air Intake System by K&N®. Increased airflow and air volume into your engine results in more horsepower and torque, and better acceleration you can feel. This air intake kit is designed to maximize airflow and engine performance. It replaces your OEM air intake system with a free flowing K&N air filter and custom designed air intake tube. K&N starts by replacing the restrictive airbox and small air filter with the largest size conical shaped high flow K&N air filter that will fit in the engine compartment. The great increase in filter area over stock vastly improves airflow and the capacity to capture and hold dirt. Then K&N replaces the OEM intake tube with a precision designed, rotationally molded tube made from interlaced high density Polyethylene. This tube eliminates air path restrictions to the engine and reduces air intake temperature when compared to similar metal tubes. Intake air temperature is further reduced by a heat shield that isolates the filter from the engine compartment. The reduction in air intake temperatures results in a cooler, denser air intake charge and even more horsepower. Every 63 Series Aircharger Intake Kit comes complete with everything necessary for installation, including comprehensive installation instructions. The K&N filter can go up to 100,000 miles before cleaning is required. And the K&N air filter is guaranteed for one million miles.
