DI50 15W-50 Synthetic Motor Oil
Designed specifically for direct injection engines requiring a 15W-50 oil, the Driven DI50 formulation prevents low-speed pre-ignition. By using an appropriate detegent chemistry, this oil reduces soot, deposits and abnormal combustion.

Driven Racing Oil announces the addition of DI50 to its lineup of Direct Injection Motor Oils. DI50 is a full synthetic motor oil specifically formulated for high-performance direct injection engines requiring a 15W-50 viscosity, such as late model GM Gen V (LT1, LT4, LT5) engines where GM specifies a 15W-50 viscosity for track-use. DI50, as with the other lubricants from Driven?s recently launched Direct Injection Motor Oil line, were specially engineered to solve low speed pre-ignition issues that occur under load in high-performance direct injection engine applications. These DI oils feature an advanced additive package that reduces the occurrence of abnormal combustion events, and soot suspending additives that reduce soot-induced wear. These lower volatility base oils also reduce the amount of crankcase vapors and, thus, carbon buildup on intake valves.
