A return to the race track after months of COVID-19 lockdown turned into a nightmarish experience for the owner of this blue C7 Corvette Z06 last week.
One photo from the scene shows the Z06 ablaze next to the grandstand in the parking lot at Toronto Motorsports Park on Wednesday, then another photo shows the charred remains of the car – or what’s left of it.

Last week we received word that Bloomington Gold was moving their 2020 Indianapolis event to September 11th and 12th due to the Coronavirus pandemic. Along with that news, they stated that the show would be moving to a new indoor venue. Binks has been the leader on pit row and in the garage for the ultra-successful Corvette Racing team since 2002 but has been a part of winning racing teams since the early 1980s.
