[SPIED] Multiple C8 Corvettes Are Seen Entering the NCM’s Twinkle at the Track

Our friend in BG, aka the “Auto Aficionado of Bowling Green“, captured a rare sighting the other night as multiple 2020 Corvette Stingrays were spied entering the National Corvette Museum’s Twinkle at the Track at the Motorsports Park.

All were Z51s in multiple colors, and even a Rapid Blue Convertible with Black Nacelles was seen entering the park.

The National Corvette Museum Is Doing a Major Overhaul on the Performance Gallery

The National Corvette Museum Is Doing a Major Overhaul on the Performance Gallery

The National Corvette Museum this week announced a major remodel of the Performance Gallery, with work slated to be completed by late March, just in time for the official ribbon-cutting ceremony during the annual Michelin NCM Bash April 23-25, 2020.

The remodel is an effort to bring the space into the 21st century “with a design that truly reflects the sleek and stylish nature of America’s favorite sports car.”

Derek Moore, Director of Collections/Curator for the NCM, said the Performance Gallery is one space in the Museum that has been around since its grand opening in 1994.

[ACCIDENT] C7 Corvette T-Boned in Florida By a Chevy Malibu

The driver of this white C7 Corvette coupe had to be extricated from his car after being involved in a T-bone crash with a Chevy Malibu this week.

The Stingray suffered major damage to the passenger side, with photos from the scene showing the door and fender panels removed, the airbags deployed, and the windshield smashed.

Former Corvette Assembly Plant Manager Jeff Lamarche to Lead GM’s Spring Hill Facility

Former Bowling Green Assembly Plant Manager Jeff Lamarche will take over the lead at the General Motors Spring Hill Manufacturing site in Tennessee early next year.

Lamarche was plant manager in the early days of the C7, from 2014-15, and retains a warm spot in his heart for the car as he still attends Corvette events, including last year’s Bash.

Want a drive a new C8 Corvette like you stole it? You can if you have the video game Grand Theft Auto 5.

We’ve been seeing more and more videos of the new 2020 Stingray on youtube as virtually modded for the game. I’m a little behind the times and don’t have that title, but I might just have to look into it after watching a YouTuber share 11 minutes of gameplay with the car.
