As the Chevy dealer meetings in Las Vegas continued this week, we got multiple confirmations about the performance and horsepower of the Grand Sport X and the new LS6 V8 engine coming in 2027.
Leaks from the GM dealer meetings in Las Vegas appear to confirm the rumors of the Grand Sport and a Grand Sport X AWD hitting the C8 Corvette lineup in 2027.
GM is holding their annual Global Business Conference this week in Las Vegas and there are rumors that several new Chevrolets including the C8 Grand Sport will be privately revealed to dealers.

The ARC Driver YouTube Channel offers up a new “everything you need to know” video all about the upcoming 2027 Corvette Grand Sport.
Another look at GM’s internal systems confirms the new 6.7-liter aluminum V8 engine will be the engine in the 2027 Corvette Stingrays, and most likely the E-Rays as well.
After information about the upcoming LS6 engine leaked which shows it to be 6.7 liters and packing both Direct and Port fuel injection, GM has scrubbed their Parts Book for any references to the new engine.
