[ACCIDENT] C7 Corvette Lands on its Roof in Single Car Crash in Canada

The world turned upside down for the owner of this C7 Corvette last week, literally.

The car, apparently a 2019 Grand Sport, wound up on its top after an accident on April 16 in the town of Kamloops in British Columbia, Canada.

“I knew it was a brand new Corvette,” said Troy Grant, platoon captain with Kamloops Fire Rescue.

Thanks to a GM workbench leak a couple weeks back, we learned that two new exterior colors will be headed to the 2021 Corvettes with Long Beach Red and Blade Silver expected to be retired. The new colors are called Red Mist (GPH) and Silver Flare (GSJ).

Up until now, we’ve only seen a representation of a paint chip for Red Mist, but the good news is that the GPH exterior is also featured on the new 2021 Cadillac Escalade that was recently unveiled.
