• UPS Second Day - Takes 2 Days plus 1-2 days processing time, not including weekends • Some Items may ship via USPS, FedEx, or Truck Freight at our discretion. We reserve the right to select the best shipping service for your order using either UPS USPS or FedEx.
• APO/FPO Welcome! - Takes 2-4 weeks plus 1-2 days processing time
Due to issues related to Credit Card Company policy American Express Requires that all Items can ONLY be shipped to Card Holders Billing Address unless prior arrangements have been agreed to.
Price Matching / Price Policy
We currently offer price matching if we can verify the other prices terms and conditions are the same as ours.
For your convenience, all of our most current and lowest pricing is posted on our web site daily. We offer competitive pricing on our products listed on the website and run many specially priced items all the time.
Our policy for return is simple. If Products are received defective upon arrival, we will send out replacements to replace the defective ones at no cost to you. On a rare occasion, if a product has arrived "dead", we will replace it at no charge, after we inspect the product. Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges incurred for returning any products. Simply email (Preferred), Fax or call us with the problem and we will email you a Return Authorization (RMA) number and where to ship your product if the problem requires you to do so. All Racing Related Products are Sold "As Is". We will work with you to make any needed changes to complete the project as ordered. As Automotive Racing is a Dangerous Sport we will not be held liable for any injuries, deaths, or malfunctions related to the use of these products. All installation and use of the products purchased from C6Performance.com / C6 Performance are done at the owner's own risk. C6 Performance can not be held responsible for any damage or injury caused by the installation or use of the products purchased from us. Some items we sell are not legal on California Pollution Controlled vehicles when used on the street. The customer must determine if the item is legal for use on California registered vehicles You must include the original invoice with the items you are returning. Make sure to specify on the invoice the reason for return and if you are looking for replacement parts or a full replacement. If you choose to have your parts/product shipped to you, please note the exact item you are looking for. Please be advised that after you receive your exchange you cannot return it any longer. These terms apply to all refunds. Customers must inform C6Performance.com of any order discrepancy within 5 days of the delivery date so that we may investigate and resolve the situation accordingly. Physical damage to any product will void the product's warranty. Modifying a product in a permanent way is considered physically damaged. C6Performance.com cannot honor a warranty for cracked or chipped cores, burnt, or otherwise sustained any other type of physical damage. Physical damage voids any warranty previously implied for any product and the product may not be returned for credit.
» We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any product that has been used or installed. There is a 25% restocking charge on all non-defective returned items if allowed. No Refunds on Shipping and Handling fees. ALL Sales are Final. All orders are subject to a 5% cancellation fee.
Items can be cross-shipped if 1. The customer agrees to pay first. 2. The exact same item is in stock. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Return shipping is a service you pay shipping companies. Under no condition will C6Performance.com cross-ship any item after 15 days of the original invoice date.
Sales tax is only required for orders shipping within our resident state of business (California). Therefore, all orders shipping within California will be charged the applicable sales tax accordingly, (Currently 9.25%).
Like any other retailer, all items are shipped as we receive them from the manufacturers. C6Performance.com does not test any item in advance.
A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable. No refunds after 7 days. Orders for Custom made parts and accessories are subject to varying restocking fees of up to 60% of the order total. No Refunds on Deposits for Custom wheels, or Custom Stripe kits and Graphic Orders, or parts used for racing purposes. NOTE: GM parts can not be returned.

You can expect your order to be processed within approximately one to two "business" days, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with the payment verification. C6Performance.com does not guarantee same day shipping. Orders will not be processed on weekends and holidays.
C6Performance.com will rush process your order for an additional fee provided that the following conditions are met:
Order is submitted before 10am PST.
Your transaction and credit card authorization is successfully completed before 10:00AM PST.
Your shipping address must match your credit card billing address (i.e. No alternate ship-to address on Rush Orders.)
Rush Processing does NOT apply to Pre-Paid Check orders.

C6Performance.com does not intentionally sell backordered merchandise. We will never purposely charge a customer for an item that we do not physically have in stock at the time of purchase. Occasional inventory discrepancies may occur due to inaccurate inventory counts or possibly because the last few items on our shelves are damaged and/or not in a condition that we can in good faith send to a customer. In that instance, we will refund your Credit/Debit card for the item, along with any applicable tax and shipping charges if requested. An automated email will also be sent to your C6Performance.com login to alert you of the situation. Please note that in the rare instance that a backordered item occurs, your order's processing time will not be adversely affected. Some items we sell are custom-made to order or have very limited availability due to production constraints. This includes many Carbon Fiber parts, Custom Painted items, and certain low production items. In this case, we will keep your order until the item is available for shipment. In some cases, during peak times this can be as long or longer than 30 days from the time an order was placed. In placing your order with us you agree to waive any credit card processing time limitations you may have. Often Custom Painted parts can take at long as 3-6 weeks to be completed due to demand. C6Performance.com will do everything possible to keep you informed of your order status via e-mail. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once the item is shipped if possible. You may also check the online status page for live updates.

Once the information is received through the internet, trusted authorized employees will process your payment, and make sure that your information is handled with the highest level of security.

All of the information obtained from our web site will be used for processing purposes only. Fair Credit Billing Act:
We guarantee that every online transaction you make will be 100% safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at our online store. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, We will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. We will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made while using the secure server. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

If your account has already been charged, you will receive a credit back to your account within approx.1-2 business days. PLEASE NOTE: ALL orders canceled after being processed are subject to an administration fee. This fee will include our cost to process the order and cancel the order. This order cancellation fee will be made up of $ .30 Credit Card Processing fee and 3% of the total amount of the order. This is done to recover our costs associated with time spent preparing the order for shipment, ordering parts in for the order (if applicable) and/or related time spent returning items to suppliers and their return fees and shipping costs.
