The partition is 1" thick & has shown an average of 40% decrease in harmonics from the rear of the vehicle. All materials are GM quality or better. Exact match vinyl on the interior side & an exact match black carpet on the trunk side. A velcro strip along the bottom holds it firmly to the floor & 2 supplied snaps hold it securely to the top. Affix a logo for an added touch. Price includes your choice of peel and stick emblem. Plain without emblem is $269. Add 30.00 for emblem
