HPS Performance radiator and heater coolant hose kit for 1997–2004 Corvette C5 LS1/LS6 5.7L radiator and heater hoses (Base and Z06). The kit uses high-temperature, 3-ply reinforced silicone with formed bends and curves for vehicle-specific fitment. Designed as a replacement or upgrade for original rubber coolant hoses, it helps address leaks and overheating caused by cracked, damaged, or collapsed hoses.
Maximum temperature rating: 350°F. Includes 100% stainless steel, non-perforated embossed hose clamps designed to avoid cutting the silicone. Meets or exceeds OE specifications. Silicone hose water permeation is 10 to 15 times higher than standard EPDM rubber; regular coolant level checks are recommended for daily-driven vehicles.
