Each ACS Louvered Engine Panel is precision-molded through plastic injection in a metal tool, ensuring an exact fit with crisp, defined lines and OEM-level quality. Unlike typical aftermarket fiberglass parts, which can warp, crack, or fade under heat, our panels are crafted from a proprietary PC Composite material that offers unmatched durability and dimensional stability. The result is a component that is thermally stable and engineered to withstand the intense heat of the E-Ray’s hybrid powertrain while maintaining a flawless OEM-grade finish for years to come.

Customizable Options

Installed on both sides of the engine bay and around the central brace, the louvers can be finished in Carbon Flash Metallic Black or any body color to perfectly complement your vehicle’s paint scheme. Choose a subtle OEM-style look or a bold, show-car appearance with vibrant contrast.

Easy Installation

The ACS E-Ray Louvered Panels mount directly over the existing components — no modifications required. Installation uses the factory Torx bolts and supplied nylon washers.
