Lingenfelter Gen 5 LTx Valvetrain Upgrade Kit
The Lingenfelter Gen 5 LTx Valvetrain Upgrade Kit is an all-inclusive package with stronger valve springs, retainers, and push rods to reinforce the valvetrain so it can handle the added fatigue presented with high-performance horsepower upgrades. This upgrade kit was engineered after the intense development, rigorous testing, and proven validation of the Stage I Lingenfelter MAGNUSON TVS2650 Chevrolet C8 Corvette Supercharger Package which proved the high horsepower demands would need improved valvetrain durability before moving on to the higher horsepower Stage II supercharger package. The Lingenfelter LTx Valvetrain Upgrade Kit is highly recommended when upgrading to a forced induction power adder on a Chevrolet C8 Corvette. Lingenfelter has also found weakness in the factory springs and pushrods of the Ecotec3 series of GM L83, L84, L86 and L87 engines.
