Gain as much as 15 additional HP to your C6 with a Halltech BEEHIVE heat shield*. This particular version is custom cut to fit around the stock LS3/7 GM intake.

In addition to isolating hot engine cavity air from your intake, this heat shield provides some ram air through your filter.

Once installed, we do not recommend cutting any holes in your radiator shroud (in an attempt to get more air to the filter). It is not necessary and will cause lean codes and surging.

Updated in 2026 for improved fitment. Featuring easy pop-in installation, this kit includes the following:

• CAD designed & laser cut ABS heat shield (with knock-out holes for the LS3 resonator mount)
• This new design allows you to "knock out" the 23mm plugs for use with the OEM hardware, or use the Halltech supplied push fasteners in the pre-cut 9mm holes.
• 2 edge-trim** pieces for the engine side edges (optional use)
• Nose gasket** to better seal the front of the shroud under the hood (recommended).
