C7 carbon fiber headlamp inserts are similar in styling to the newly introduced headlamp styling C6 Specterwerks GTR production model. Raw carbon fiber enhances the race appeal of the headlights and saves a few precious ounces along the way and is an easy and direct replacement to your existing body color inner trim pieces.

    Pure Carbon Fiber

This is the complete replacement made from Dry Carbon Fiber for a direct OEM Housings replacement and not the cheap low quality stickers or overlays that require glue. Very easy installation: with a basic tools in your tool box all you have to do is remove lenses, oem housings are usually attached to the lenses with 3-5 screws, remove them and swap the same unit with our carbon fiber housings. Attach the same way and you are done. (please contact us for additional help if required.)

Our products are made the exact same way as aerospace products are made. We use pre-preg also known as dry carbon fiber as our material base we then Process the prepreg using state of the art equipment known as autoclave. 3D tooling takes place in AutoCAD and after we apply a exact wall thickness to our products using our prepreg, this is achieved because there is a consistent amount of resin applied to our carbon fiber. Then we apply it to our autoclave molds and put them under a vacuum. After placing them in a autoclave machine which is pressurized and heated allowing consistent fiber density and compaction along with pressing out all air voids and in the and you get a perfect carbon fiber parts.
